I have worked in boutique design agencies, digital hot shops, multi-national ad agencies, and companies trying to be all three. My work has been recognized locally and internationally, but is always first recognized by my father-in-law as “Damon’s ad” on the evening TV. I have ranked in the top 25 art directors in Canada, created one of the 100 most effective campaigns on earth, earned clients Marketer of the Year Awards, and had one campaign parodied by Rick Mercer and dubbed “the most Canadian thing ever” by Buzzfeed.

I've been lucky enough to have my work featured on Engadget, Fast Company, design TAXI, AdWeek, Huffington Post, national news broadcasts, as well as the foremost online Bigfoot authority: Sasquatch Evidence. I broke a million views on YouTube back when that was still kind of a crazy thing, and may soon break the million-pair-of-sneakers mark if my wife doesn’t kill me first.
